Notice is hereby given that a public hearing as scheduled above will be held by the Hearing Examiner of Howard County as a Hybrid Hearing in the Banneker Room at the George Howard Building, 3430 Court House Drive, Ellicott City, Maryland, on the petition of said Petitioners, filed under Section 16.302(a) of the Howard County Code appealing approval of Alternative Compliance, WP-25-076, transmitted by letter dated June 23, 2025, approval of a Design Manual Waiver transmitted by letter dated August 14, 2025, approval of a Necessary Disturbance request transmitted by letter dated August 14, 2025, and issuance of a Technically Complete letter issued by the Department of Planning and Zoning for SDP-24-024 dated March 24, 2026. The Respondent Property is located in the R-12 (Residential: Single) Zoning District on land belonging to Maryland International School, Inc.
