(or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) in the Smyth County Office Building, 121 Bagley Circle, Marion, Virginia, for the Planning Commission to consider whether to recommend the approval of the following applications, and the Board of Supervisors to consider whether to accept the Planning Commission recommendations on the following applications to the Zoning Ordinance of Smyth County, Virginia: An application from Brian Karriker for a Special Use Permit to operate a Retail Store at 1220 South Fork Road in Marion, Virginia identified as Tax Map No. 67-A-150B and zoned Agricultural/Rural. Any person may appear and be heard on this matter, subject to the rules of the Smyth County Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission.
