PUBLIC HEARING
The Portsmouth Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the following items at its regular monthly meeting on June 2, 2026, at 1:30 PM in the City Council Chamber, 6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford St., Portsmouth. 
UP-26-04 (Oregon Acres) – Pro-Home Builders, LLC requests a Use Permit to construct six townhouse units on approximately 0.52 acres located at 2400 Airline Boulevard in the General Mixed-Use (GMU) zoning district.  The property is further identified as Tax Map 336, Parcel 1.  The Future Land Use Map in the Build One Portsmouth Comprehensive Plan designates this property for mixed-use corridor uses. 
Information related to these items may be examined in the Planning Department, located on the 4th Floor of City Hall.
