Nursery Ave., Purcellville, VAon TUESDAY, MAY 26, 2026, AT 6:00 PM for the purpose of receiving comments on, considering,and possibly voting on the following item:SECOND AMENDMENT TO WATER TOWER COMMUNICATIONS SITELEASE AGREEMENT. The prior Tower Site Lease Agreement between theTown of Purcellville (“Lessor”) and T-Mobile Northeast LLC, a Delaware limitedliability company (“Lessee”) has an effective date of March 12, 2019. The FirstAmendment to the original lease was executed on May 27, 2021, extending thelease for an additional five (5) years. The current lease expires on May 26, 2026,at midnight.
