NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County will receive electronic bids for the following material/equipment: Request for Quotation No. 26-1646-BP Knopp Automated Voltage Transformer Testing System Bids will only be opened at a teleconference on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (Local Time). Bids received after this time will not be considered. The bid opening is public, and all bids will be read aloud.
