LEGAL NOTICE Snohomish County Sale of Surplus Personal Property Public notice is hereby given that Snohomish County Property Management will sell excess office equipment that is determine to be surplus to County needs to the highest and best bidder at the Snohomish County Personal Properties Auction opening on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. PDT on the online auction website www.Govdeals.com. VIEWING DATES: Monday, February 23, 2026, thru March 6, 2026 TO VIEW ITEMS: By Appointment Only---Contact Jon Stewart @ 425.388.3482 AUCTION CLOSING: Tuesday, March 10, 2026 -- 3:15 P.M. REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS: By Friday, March 20, 2026 -- 3:00 P.M. NOTICE: There is no starting minimum bid required All items are sold as is ITEMS: Various office desks, chairs, cabinets, tables, soap/antibacterial dispensers and more. TERMS: This sale is not for individual pieces. The winning bidder must take all items as a single lot that are part of this sale. SPECIAL NOTE: No moving equipment or assistance will be provided by Snohomish County employees. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. CONDITIONS: All items listed are sold AS IS - WHERE IS.
