NORTHSHORE SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 417 Request For Qualifications (RFQ) Progressive Design Build Services Shelton View Elementary School Replacement Project Submittal Deadline:May 4, 2026, 2:00 PM Pacific Time The Northshore School District is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Progressive Design-Build (PDB) firms or teams. The selected partner will lead the development and construction of the Shelton View Elementary School Replacement Project located in Bothell, Washington. The School District intends to award this Contract utilizing a multi-step, competitive selection process authorized by RCW 39.10. The District Capital Projects Department utilizes Euna Solutions (formerly Bonfire) as its eProcurement System. No hard copy submittals will be accepted.
