ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF BOTHELL 2026 PAVEMENT PRESERVATION COB Project # 0023.05.T029 Notice is hereby given that the City of Bothell will receive sealed bids for the following construction project. Bids will be received by the receptionist inside Bothell City Hall, located at 18415 101st Ave NE, (425) 806-6100, in the City of Bothell, Washington up to the hour of 10:00 A.M., as determined by the designated bid clock at said location, on March 05, 2026, after all bids will be publicly opened and read to determine the apparent lowest bidder. The 2026 Pavement Preservation project proposes to rehabilitate the pavement in portions of 242nd Street SE, North Creek Parkway, 27th Street SE; and reconstruct ramps 228th Street SE/4th Ave SE intersection. The general aspects of this work will involve bituminous planing, pavement repairs, HMA paving, curb ramp upgrades, utility adjustments, pavement delineation and markings, and pedestrian push button work. The total estimated cost for this project is in the range of $725,000 to $775,000. The number of working days for Physical Completion of this project is 45. It is recommended that Bidders “Register” in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the “SelfRegistered Bidders List". Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the online plan room for addenda issued on this project. Contact Builders Exchange of Washington at (425) 258-1303 should you require assistance with access or registration. Construction plans, specifications and contract documents may also be examined at the City Hall reception desk. The City of Bothell, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Financing of the project has been provided by City of Bothell. The City of Bothell reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Contract Provisions. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond payable to the City of Bothell and in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid amount.
