Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of:
Airport Fleet Vehicle Fueling System
Pangborn Memorial Airport, East Wenatchee, Washington
will be received by the CDRPA at 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, Wenatchee, Washington 98801 until 1:00 pm on June 10, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud.
Work associated with proposed improvements is generally described as follows: Installation of a 4,000-gallon double walled above-ground fuel storage system containing 3,000 gallons of diesel fuel and 1,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline. Concrete tank footings, tank pad, fueling pad will be installed. Work includes design of fuel tank footing, excavation, pavement demolition, asphalt paving, lighting, and drainage improvements.

Bidding documents may be downloaded for a non-refundable fee of $22.00. To be placed on the plan holders list and automatically receive addenda, bidders must register.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held in-person at 9:30 am, May 27, 2026, at the Pangborn General Aviation (GA) Terminal Building. The address of the GA Terminal Building is 3764 Airport Way, East Wenatchee, WA 98802. Attendance by prime contractors is mandatory. Bids submitted by firms that did not attend the Pre-Bid Conference will be rejected. A project site visit will follow the Pre-Bid Conference. Prospective Bidders shall submit written questions to the Project Manager, Trey Dail, 208-659-0187, adail@ardurra.com no later than 5:00 pm, June 4, 2026.
A Bid Guaranty, payable by cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond, of 5 percent of the total bid amount is required. Separate Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of 100 percent of the total contract amount and liability insurance, in accordance with the contract documents, will be required for the Contract.
CDRPA in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4), 28 CFR § 50.3, and 49 CFR Part 21, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, all contractors will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of the owner's race, color, national origin, sex, creed, age, or disability in consideration for an award.
This project is a public improvement subject to State of Washington prevailing wages, Affidavit of Wages Paid, and retainage requirements. This project is 100% locally funded. The successful bidder shall have a registered Contractor's License in the State of Washington prior to bidding.
All prospective bidders are directed to the Instructions to Bidders for discussion of Bid policies, procedures, and requirements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the successful Bidder, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional Bids.
