CLARK REGIONAL WASTEWATER DISTRICT REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FLAGGING AND TRAFFIC CONTROL SERVICES 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that electronic bids will be accepted by Clark Regional Wastewater District (the District) until 10:00 A.M., PST on THURSDAY, JUNE 11, 2026. All bids must be submitted on the District provided Bid form, and be received through the Districts procurement portal at https://mrscrosters.bonfirehub.com no later than the date and time indicated above. Scope: The Contractor shall furnish and provide qualified traffic control personnel, equipment, and transportation in accordance with the attached Scope of Work and, the terms of the contract, including the General Conditions and Special Provisions attached thereto. The Work may be at various locations throughout the District service area and various times of day. The Contractor shall provide traffic control plans when required for the Work and adequate safeguards, safety devices, protective equipment, and other needed actions to protect the life, health, and safety of the workers, the public, and property in connection with the performance of the Work. Bidding documents may be obtained from the Districts procurement portal https://mrscrosters.bonfirehub.com. Free vendor registration is required to use this platform. Technical questions regarding this project shall be submitted via the Districts procurement portal by 5:00 P.M. on JUNE 4, 2026. Bids shall be in accordance with this Request for Quotation, and all other contract documents prepared for the above-referenced project or services. Bid results may be obtained from the Districts procurement portal https://mrscrosters.bonfirehub.com. All services and work performed under the contract are subject to state prevailing wage rates. Bidders may not alter their bid prices after the hour set for the Bid due date, unless the award of contract is delayed for more than forty-five (45) days. The District reserves the right to request an extension of time for firm bid prices during any such delay to allow for the review process.
