Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Link Transit, until 1:00:00 p.m. on May 18, 2026 (the Submittal Deadline) for Link Transit Bus Training Area project at the following address:

Bids shall be sealed and have the above address clearly marked on the outside. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to see that the Bid is received by Link Transit no later than the Submittal Deadline. Link Transit will return any bids received after that time, unopened to the Proposer. The proposed pricing shall include all costs that are to be charged to Link Transit. Link Transit will not cover any costs to the Proposer in preparing their Bid. Bid opening will be at 1:00:00 p.m. May 18, 2026, at Link Transit's Operations Office located at 2700 Euclid Avenue, Wenatchee, Washington.
This contract provides for construction of a bus training facility for Link Transit and security fencing upgrades for the Washington State Patrol directly north of Link Transit's headquarters. The work includes grading, excavation, asphalt, curbing, stormwater piping, catch basins, fencing, gates, and other work as described in the contract documents and Plans.
The project shall be completed by September 30, 2026.

Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5 percent of the amount of the bid proposal. Checks shall be made payable to Link Transit. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Link Transit.
Link Transit reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding.
No bidder may withdraw his/her proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.Date: April 30, May 9, 2026WWO002339
