Notice to Biological Father But Not Legal Father
TO: JOHNATHAN JAMES WILLIAMS
Notice is hereby given that ALEXANDER DAVID LINDSTROM filed the above-captioned Petition in the Superior Court of Chattahoochee County, Georgia, praying for adoption of the above-named minor child, on March 10, 2026.  
Notice is further given that you shall not be a party to the adoption and shall have no obligation to file an answer to the petition but shall have the right to appear in the pending adoption proceeding and show cause why your parental rights to J.L.W. should not be terminated by said adoption. 
Notice is further given that you will lose all rights to the child and will neither receive notice nor be entitled to object to the adoption of the child unless, within 30 days of receipt of this notice, you: (1) File a petition to legitimate the child pursuant to O.C.G.A. §19-7-22 as a separate civil action; (2) File notice of the filing of the petition to legitimate with the court in which the action under this Code section, if any, is pending, and (3) Send Notice of the filing of the petition to legitimate to the undersigned; Petitioner's attorney: Caroline C.
