ORDINANCE NO. O2026-506
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ORDINANCE NO. O2026-506, An Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Ratifying the 2026-2028 Collective Bargaining Agreement Reached with the Washington Alliance of Technology Workers, Local 37083 of the Newspaper Guild, Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, CLC (CWA Local 37083); Amending the Pierce County Salary Classification Plan; and Permitting, Pursuant to Charter Section 6.80, Payment of Funds from Appropriations in Subsequent Fiscal Years., HAS BEEN ADOPTED.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that copies of this entire Ordinance are filed in the Pierce County Council Office, 1501 Market Street, Suite 530, Tacoma, WA 98402, and are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  Copies of the Ordinance are available upon request for a charge as set by Ordinance.
Ordinance No. O2026-506 was passed by the Pierce County Council on April 28, 2026. It was signed by the Executive on May 5, 2026. It will become effective on May 15, 2026.
