204632LEGAL NOTICEPLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Liquidation Order was entered on April 14, 2026 with respect to NEZ PERCE FARMERS' COUNTY MUTUAL FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY, an Idaho domestic property & casualty insurance company, by the District Court of the Fourth Judicial District, State of Idaho, in and for the County of Ada, in Case No. CV01-26-06953. The Director of the Idaho Department of Insurance is the Liquidator. If you are a policyholder, claimant, creditor, or other interested party, the Order might affect your rights. Actions against the Company and its policyholders are enjoined or stayed as set forth in the Order. Any person or entity with assets of the Company are restrained from allowing the assets to be withdrawn or transferred without the Liquidator's consent and must turn them over to the Liquidator upon demand. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED BY DECEMBER 15, 2026.
