King County WTD, Adam Knudson, 201 S Jackson St Ste 505 Seattle, WA 98104-3854, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit.
 
The proposed project, M Street Trunk Rehabilitation Package 2, is located at 1015 24th St NE Auburn, WA 98002 in King County.
