WHATCOM COUNTY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT Notice is hereby given that on September 25, 2025, Darren and Kellie Manning applied for a Conditional Use Permit under case number CUP2025-00006 to remodel an existing 900 square foot storage building into a rental cabin per Whatcom county code 20.36.176. The application was determined complete on October 6, 2025, indicating that all submittal requirements were met.
