 SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL 
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that on January 6, 2026, Dustin & Ashley McGill applied for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit under case number SHR2026-00001 to construct a new retaining wall along an existing driveway. The application was determined complete on March 2, 2026, indicating that all submittal requirements were met. The subject property is located at 564 W Lake Samish Dr, within Section 26, Township 37N, Range 03E of W.M. Assessor's parcel number: 3703263400790000. The application will be reviewed under the Official Whatcom County Zoning and Critical Areas Ordinances, as well as reviews by Whatcom County Planning and Development Services (Fire Marshal's Office, Natural Resources and Planning), Public Works Engineering and Health Department. The file and supporting documents may be reviewed at Whatcom County Planning and Development Services, 5280 Northwest Drive, Bellingham, WA 98226. Written comments must be received by April 8, 2026.
