Notice is hereby given that on March 21, 2025, Todd and Andrea Wright filed a Shoreline Substantial Development/Variance/Conditional Use Permit application SHLN-2025-0002 and Critical Areas Variance application PLAN3-2025-0002 for after-the-fact approval of construction of a 480 square foot covered patio, increasing the developed area within shoreline jurisdiction to 59%, and construction of numerous rock retaining walls within the previously reduced buffer on the shoreline of Clear Lake and near a Type N stream. The applications were deemed complete for review on April 20, 2026.
