PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to RCW 43.21.C and WAC 197-11, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 26, 2026, City of Lacey Department of Community & Economic Development issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) relative to the environmental impact of the following described proposal: Application #26-0045: The City of Lacey is proposing improvements to the intersection of Willamette Drive NE and Campus Glen Drive NE, reconstructing the existing stop-controlled intersection into a roundabout. The project is primarily within the existing roadway footprint, however minor impact to 0.03 acres of Meridian Park South, a City Park, will be required. The roundabout will be located at the intersection of Willamette Drive NE and Campus Glen Drive NE, abutting parcel 11936340000, located in Lacey, Thurston County, Washington. The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public upon request.
