PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LACEY HISTORICAL COMMISSION JACOB SMITH HOUSE NOTICE: The Lacey Historical Commission will conduct a public hearing during their meeting on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 6 p.m. regarding nomination of the Jacob Smith House for inclusion on the Lacey Register of Historic Places. The Jacob Smith House, built c. 1859, is located at 4500 Intelco Lp. SE, Lacey, and includes assessor's parcel numbers 74690000100 and 74690000200. The complete nomination form and packet is available for review. Interested individuals should contact the Lacey Parks, Culture, and Recreation Department at Lacey City Hall (360-491-0857) for the complete packet and nomination information. During the public hearing, anyone may state their opinion of this nomination. Anyone who cannot attend the meeting may give written comment as described below.
