204598The Latah County Zoning Commission will hold hearings at the conference room of the Latah County Annex and via Zoom to receive comments on: May 20th: LUA26-030, an application for a Conditional Use Permit by Ray Bromen for a church on a 4.7 acre parcel identified as RP39N05W062915 on Mix Road north of Moscow June 3rd: LUA26-026, an application for a rezone on 20 acres on parcel RP41N01W362260 and RP41N01E314011 from Agriculture/Forest to Rural ResidentialInterested parties are encouraged to attend. Accommodations for individuals who qualify under the ADA are available upon request made 3 working days prior to the hearing to the Planning Dept. The Zoning Commission reserves the right to limit length of testimony.
