NOTICE OF PLANNED FINAL ACTION AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION The Commission of the Port of Moses Lake (Grant County Port District No. 10) (the Port) will consider taking final action to authorize the condemnation of property owned by Victor C. Jansen (Jansen) at the Port Commissions April 14, 2026, meeting starting at 10:00 A.M., at 7810 Andrews St. NE, Ste. 200, Conference Room, Moses Lake, WA 98837 (the Meeting).
