Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit application was received by Grant County on February 27, 2026, from Wanderwoman, LLC, 7395 Dune Lake SE, Moses Lake, WA 98837, and was found to be technically complete on March 23, 2026. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Conditional Use Permit for a small-scale, seasonal recreational glamping use on a 2-acre parcel. Applicant is proposing to install up to 10 solar-powered canvas glamping tents, which will be temporary for short-term overnight accommodation with a maximum occupancy of 20 guests at a time. The subject parcel is in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the proposal is 813 Potato Hill Rd SE, Moses Lake, WA. The subject parcel is Tract 1 of Dune Tracts located in a portion of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 02, Township 18 N and Range 28 E., W.M., Grant County, WA.
