Notice of Application, and Public Hearing: February 18, 2026 Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit Application was received by James Hutchinson Rentals LLC (Agent: Christeen Weitz 11184 Dodd Rd Burbank WA 99323) on January 30, 2026, was found to be technically complete on February 13, 2026. PROJECT: A Conditional Use Permit for vehicle outdoor storage yard. The site will be used for temporary storage of vehicles. The public will not have access to the property to retrieve the stored vehicles and will be moved to another location for sale or disbursement. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: State of Washington Towing Permits. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject site is an approximately .36-acre tax parcel (17-0478-013). The site address of the subject parcel is 4390 Rd I.4 NE, Moses Lake. Located in the SW of Section 10, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA. PRESENT ZONING: Urban Light Industrial (ULI) PUBLIC HEARING: Grant County Hearing Examiner meeting scheduled at 12:00 pm, April 8, 2026, in Commissioners Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse 35 C St NW in Ephrata, WA. At this time, any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Grant County is also providing access to this scheduled hearing for the public via Zoom audio platform.
