NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR TRANSPORTATION RESILIENCE IMPROVEMENT PLAN Notice is hereby given that the Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) has made the draft Transportation Resilience Improvement Plan available for public comment. The Transportation Resilience Improvement Plan (TRIP) is a strategic plan to identify vulnerabilities in the transportation network and prioritize investments to ensure the reliability and safety of the region's transportation infrastructure.
