City of Richland Stormwater Division PUBLIC NOTICE 2026 Stormwater Management Program Plan Update In accordance with the Eastern Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit, the City of Richland has drafted its Stormwater Program Plan Update for 2026. As required by Section S5.B.2.a, this update is available on our website for public review, input and comments. Please visit www.richlandwa.gov to view the draft update. The comments period ends Friday May 9, 2026.
