In accordance with the Eastern Washington phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit, the Port of Benton with the help of the City of Richland has drafted its Stormwater Program Plan Update for 2026. As required by Section S5.B.2.a, this update is available on our website for public review, input and comments. Please visit www.portofbenton.com to view the draft update.
