John Marshall School Modernization & Addition Project Request for Proposals for Mechanical Contractor/Construction Manager (MC/CM) Services Pursuant to RCW 39.10.385, a public hearing was held by Skanska USA Building, Inc. (Skanska) and Seattle Public Schools (Owner) regarding the intent to utilize the alternative subcontractor selection process for the John Marhsall School Modernization & Addition Project. The Owner and Skanska have determined that this project meets the criteria established in RCW 39.10.385 for use of the MC/CM process. Skanska is requesting proposals for the MC/CM services. The Request for Proposals documents are available for access at Builder's Exchange of Washington (www.bxwa.com) under Skanska Seattle's projects bidding section. Proposals are due Friday May 15th, 2026 at 10:00AM to kyle.york@skanska. com.
