Notice is hereby given that the Hearing Examiner of the Town of Yarrow Point will hold a Public Hearing to discuss and act upon an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit (SSDP #2025-02) submitted by Christy Dopp of Waterfront Construction on behalf of Michael Chiulli and Gustavo Mahler. Located at 4238 95th Ave NE & 4234 95th Ave NE Yarrow Point WA 98004, King County.
 
The Applicant proposes to:
Retro permit of 4 Jetski lifts. Two replacement canopy covers, pile splicing and repair, repair to existing boat lift and associated cribbing and upland mitigation.
