Pulte Homes of Washington, Inc., 3535 Factoria Blvd, Suite 600, Bellevue, WA, 98006, is seeking a Modification/Update of permit coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Arborwood South, is located on multiple tax parcels in Kitsap County, with the entrance to the site located at the intersection of S Kingston Rd NE and Arborwood Drive NE near Kingston, Kitsap county. This project involves 125.7 acres of soil disturbance for Residential construction activities. The receiving waterbodies are Grover's Creek Basin, Unnamed Tributary to Mud Bay and King Fisher Creek. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecology's action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
