SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION King County Superior Court Case No. 25-2-24851-8 SEA WU YI (U.S.A.) CORP., Plaintiff, v. HUA LI and “Jane Doe”, individually and the marital community comprised thereof, Defendants. To the above-named defendants: You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after February 12, 2026, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the above-named plaintiff, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for said plaintiff, at their office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. The complaint alleges causes of action for: declaratory and injunctive relief; quiet title and ejectment; slander of title; trespass, waste and conversion; and unjust enrichment.
