   Notice of Application and Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that Gary Brownfield, who is the applicant for the following proposal, has filed an application for Shoreline Variance Permit (SHR2025-00007) to construct a new single-family residence 49 feet from Goldsborough Creek. Other permit requirements include but are not limited to Mason County building permit. A Habitat Management Plan has been prepared for the project. The proposal requires Hearing Examiner approval, with final approval with the Department of Ecology. Project is SEPA exempt per WAC 197-11-800(1)(b). Decisions are final and subject to appeal to the Washington State Shoreline Hearings Board as governed by Chapter 90.58 RCW within 21 days from date of filing.
