   NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mason County Planning Advisory Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at the Mason County Courthouse Building 1, Commission Chambers, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, WA 98584 on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Virtual attendance via Zoom will be available. The PAC will hold a Public Hearing to rezone one parcel (22121-14-00010) from Rual Residential 5 (RR5) to Rural Commercial 3 (RC3) and a work session to review removing the Mason County designated floodway and adopting the 2019 FEMA maps for the Skokomish Valley.
