IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF WASHINGTON IN AND FOR CLARK COUNTY Case No. 25-2-03795-06 SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION ON DEFENDANTS GEOFF AND JANE DOE KANE GALINA ZAPRYAGAYEV, Plaintiff, v. KKWZ, LLC, a Washington Limited Liability Company; GEOFF KANE and JANE DOE KANE, individually and the marital community comprised thereof, Defendants. TO: DEFENDANTS GEOFF KANE AND JANE DOE KANE, A lawsuit has been started against you in the above entitled-court by Galina Zapryagayev, plaintiff. You are hereby summoned to appear within 60 days of the first publication of this summons to wit, within sixty days after the 4th day of February, 2026, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the Plaintiff and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff at the office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. This action was filed in Clark County Superior Court on October 17, 2025, pursuant to Plaintiffs claims against Defendants related to the Limited Liability Company Agreement of KKWZ, LLC. Claims by Plaintiff against Defendants include Violation of Member Inspection Rights per RCW 25.15.136, Breach of Operating Agreement, Violation of Winding Up Obligations per RCW 25.15.297, Breach of Duty of Care and Loyalty, Accounting, Promissory Estoppel, Unjust Enrichment, Declaratory Judgment, and Injunctive Relief.
