NOTICE OF ADOPTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to RCW 36.70A.290 that on February 3, 2026 the County Council of Clark County, State of Washington, did enact: Ordinance 2026-02-02 relating to Clark County Code Section 2.12.020 Precinct Boundaries. The Auditor is authorized to implement precinct boundary changes as required to bring the precincts into compliance with RCW 29A.16.050.
