PORT OF EVERETT DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE The Port of Everett has issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11) for the following project: Marine Terminal Outfalls 006 and 007 Stormwater Treatment Improvements. The Port of Everett will be making improvements to the stormwater conveyance and treatment system its International Seaport. This includes work in two drainage basins, Outfall 006 and Outfall 007, which may be constructed independently or simultaneously. Outfall 006 work includes installation of a new stormwater treatment system, pumps, and force mains, including electrical work to supply power to the pumps and treatment system. Outfall 007 work includes installation of three new stormwater treatment modules. Combined, the work will disturb approximately 10,700 SF of impervious area, will require sawcutting and removal of existing pavement, excavation of approximately 4,165 tons of material, and import of approximately 3,300 tons of clean material for backfill.
