NOTICE OF DIVORCE ACTION

Public Notice is hereby given to Defendant herein, Elizabeth Aldridge, whose whereabouts are unknown, that Plaintiff, Danny Aldridge, has filed a Complaint for Divorce in the Circuit Court of St. Clair County, Alabama (Pell City Division), Case No. 75-DR-2026-900051.00.

Defendant is required to file with this Clerk of Court and the Plaintiff a written Answer or offer Defenses to the allegations set forth in the Complaint filed by the plaintiff herein. Said Answer shall be filed within thirty (30) days of the last date of the last date of publication of this Order by said newspaper, or, upon expiration of said thirty (30) days, a Default may be entered against said Defendant for the relief sought by Plaintiff in his Complaint for Divorce.
