NOTICE TO FILE CLAIMS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

TAKE NOTICE that a Petition on behalf of the State of Alabama has been filed in this court seeking to condemn the following described property, to-wit:

a. $1,000.00 U.S. currency

and that all parties claiming any right, title or interest in said property sought to be condemned to appear before this court on the 22nd day of June, 2026, at 9:00 o'clock, a.m., and propound their claims if any they have, or failing to do so, said property will be declared condemned and disposed of according to law.
