TO: The Next-of-Kin of Ann Louise Weed, being the descendants per stirpes of the decedent's grandparents: John Harper Weed, Amanda Helms Weed, Anderson Booth Gantt, and Bertha Ellen Gantt. 
You will please take notice that the Honorable Stacy Brooks, Judge of Probate of Covington County, Alabama has set the 18th day of May at 2:00 o'clock p.m. as the time for JoAnn Segars, the Personal Representative of the Estate of Ann Louise Weed to make a final settlement of said estate at the Covington County Courthouse, 1 North Court Square, Andalusia, Alabama 36420, at which time you can appear and be heard if you see proper, and any persons claiming to be next-of-kin of Ann Louise Weed should be prepared at that time to provide evidence of their descent from John Harper Weed, Amanda Helms Weed, Anderson Booth Gantt, or Bertha Ell
