IN THE PROBATE COURT OF COVINGTON COUNTY, ALABAMA
IN RE: THE ESTATE OF JEAN PORTER, DECEASED
CASE NO: PC-2024-93
NOTICE

All interested persons please take notice that Kathy A. Knighten, Personal Representative of the Estate of Jean Porter, has filed a petition for final settlement in the office of the Judge of Probate of Covington County, Alabama, requesting the Court to close said Estate and to relieve the Personal Representative of further duties or liability on account of said Estate, and that the 11th day of June 2026, at 10:00 a.m., has been appointed the day and time for hearing thereof, at which time you can appear and be heard if you see proper.
