Notice To: Unknown Father of E.N.D. whose address and whereabouts are unknown and cannot be ascertained after reasonable diligence. 
Petition for Adoption of Lindsey Longchamp for the Adoption of EN.D., whose date of birth is May 10, 2024, having been previously filed in this Court by the Petitioner in Case No.: PC 2026-28 requesting the Court to grant the Petitioner's request for adoption; and the Court having set a hearing in said case to be held on JUNE 8th, 2026 @ 11 AM to determine whether the petition should be granted. You are hereby notified that if you intend to contest this adoption, you must file a written response within thirty (30) days with counsel of said Petitioner, Hon. TOLLIE S.
