PUBLIC NOTICE FOR ALABAMA STATEWIDE PRIMARY ELECTION
MAY 19, 2026

Notice is hereby given that Tallapoosa County officials charged with the responsibility of conducting elections will meet on Thursday, May 14, 2026 starting at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Dadeville, for the purpose of testing the automatic tabulating equipment to ascertain that the equipment will correctly count the votes cast for all offices in the Primary Election to be held on May 19. 2026.  
Candidates, or their representatives, and the public are invited to attend and witness the proceedings in connection with the testing of the electronic vote counters to be used in this election.
