NOTICE OF SALE

As a result of James Baker having failed to pay a municipal assessment of $2,500 (Document #2025-2943) made against the following described property, pursuant to Section 11-48-49 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, the property will be sold at public auction for cash on May 27, 2026 at 11:00 am. Est at the Valley City Hall, 20 Fob James Drive, Valley, Alabama, for the purpose of paying the assessment and interest and allowable costs.
Beginning at the SE corner of Section 13, Township 21, Range 28; thence North along Section line 1042 feet to a corner of Bartow Trammell and Stanfield and Jarrett property for a starting point; from these West for 210 feet to a 20 foot street; thence South along East side of said street 105 feet; thence East 210 feet to Section line; thence North along section line 105 feet to Point of Beginning, being a part of G. B. Jarrett Estate located on Morris Line near Fairfax, Chambers County, Alabama, containing ½ acre.
