As a result of Pamela Susan Gibson having failed to pay a municipal assessment of $4,500 (Document #2025-3519) made against the following described property, pursuant to Section 11-48-49 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, the property will be sold at public auction for cash on May 27, 2026 at 11:00 am. Est at the Valley City Hall, 20 Fob James Drive, Valley, Alabama, for the purpose of paying the assessment and interest and allowable costs.
