NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors of the Decedent that:
1. The original Grantor was Mark Ginn. Mark Ginn died on April 21, 2026. The trust is irrevocable.
2. Rebecca Kline is the Trustee of the Trust.
3. All persons having claims against the Trust, Decedent or the Decedent's Estate are required to present their claims to the Trustee within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or be forever barred.
