NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors of the Decedent that:
1. The surviving Settlor was Romanas Vainauskas. Romanas Vainauskas died on March 7, 2026. Both Settlors are now deceased. The trust is irrevocable.
2. Inez M. Price is the Trustee of the Trust.
3. All persons having claims against the Trust, Decedent or the Decedent's Estate are required to present their claims to the Trustee within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or be forever barred.
