INVITATION TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for the new construction of Garland County Library- North Branch will be received until Tuesday, May 26th at 2:00PM (C/T) at the Garland County Library, 1427 Malvern, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at this time.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and is obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 W. 7th St., Little Rock, AR 72201 (501) 372-4011.
Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $100 per set, for up to three sets, payable to Taylor/Kempkes, Architects. Deposits will be refunded to all prime bidders who return bidding documents in good condition within ten (10) days after the opening of bids.
