Invitation to Bidders:
C.R. Crawford Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the Sheridan School District, and will be receiving bids for trade contract packages for the Sheridan New Elementary K-2, located in Sheridan School District in Sheridan, AR. The project consists of the construction of a new approximately 65,276 SF elementary school, including site work, concrete, masonry, metals, wood framing, building envelope, roofing, interiors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, site utilities, paving, and related work.
Bids will be received until 4:00 PM, June 3rd, 2026, and should be emailed to Antoine Lairy (ALairy@crcrawford.com) and Michael Molnar (MMolnar@crcrawford.com).
