APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE (1) No. 2026-15 BE IT ENACTED BY THE QUORUM M COURT OF THE COUNTY OF BOONE, STATE OF ARKANSAS, AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR BOONE COUNTY, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2026 AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY JUDGE TO ADMINISTER SUCH BUDGET AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE QUORUM COURT OF THE COUNTY OF BOONE, STATE OF ARKANSAS: Section 1. The following appropriation shall be made from the County General Fund No. 1000: From: 1000-0500-2007: OEM; Supplies; Fuel, Oil, & Lubricants $564.72From: 1000-0419-2007: Coroner; Supplies; Fuel, Oil, & Lubricants $948.80From: 1000-0108-2007: Courthouse; Supplies; Fuel, Oil, & Lubricants $1,703.76From: 1000-0105-2007: Assessor; Supplies; Fuel, Oil, & Lubricants $305.77To: 2000-0200-2007: Road Department; Supplies; Fuel, Oil, & Lubricants $3,523.05 Section 2. This fuel was purchased between the months of December 2025 to April 2026.) Section 3. If any provision or section of this Ordinance is held invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions and sections of this Ordinance, and to such end the provisions and sections of this Ordinance are declared to be severable. Section 4. This Ordinance herein enacted is an Appropriation Ordinance and therefore, it is effective immediately.
