NOTICE is hereby given that on May 6, 2026 an Affidavit for Collection of Small Estate by Distributee Pursuant to A.C.A. Section 28-41-101 was filed with the Circuit Court Clerk of Sebastian County, Arkansas, said Affidavit being assigned Case No. 66FPR-26-191. That said Affidavit has been filed in connection with the decedent, Kathryn Joann Robinson, whose last known address is 3008 Briar Cove in the City of Fort Smith, County of Sebastian, State of Arkansas. That said decedent, Kathryn Joann Robinson, died on March 21, 2026.
That the legal description of the real property listed in the aforesaid Affidavit is as follows:
Lot 199-A and 199-B, Village Harbor, Phase IV, an addition to the City of Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas.
Notice is further given that all persons having claims against the estate of Kathryn Joann Robinson, deceased, are required to exhibit them to the undersigned at the noted address, properly verified, within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in this estate.
